Kilee Armstrong is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist with over 16 years of professional experience and a passion for helping athletes unlock their full mental and emotional potential. A certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with advanced training in sports psychology consulting and sports hypnosis, Kilee offers a truly one-of-a-kind approach to mental performance coaching. The program she delivers is not only custom-designed, but also finely tuned over the last decade—making her services truly unmatched in the region.

As a former elite athlete herself, Kilee brings firsthand knowledge, empathy, and understanding to every session. She grew up competing in USA Shooting Sports and earned national recognition as a top-ranked marksman. A Junior Olympic competitor and full scholarship athlete at the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC), she spent four years competing on the collegiate shooting team while earning her bachelor's degree in psychology. To this day, Kilee remains active and adventurous—participating in summer biathlons, distance running, and horseback riding.
Kilee owns and operates her thriving therapy practice in Andover, Kansas, where she works with athletes of all ages and from a wide range of sports disciplines. Her work in sports hypnosis and mental skills training has supported athletes in tennis, baseball and softball, basketball, volleyball, track and field, cross country, swimming, equestrian sports, rodeo and breakaway roping, professional bull riding, golf, wrestling, cheer tumbling, gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance events like marathons—just to name a few.
